Relax And Laugh

I spent about 5 hours today playing Tomb Raider Anniversary on my PSP; because I felt like it and because it’s a really great game. Even though it’s a few years old, it’s still something sweet. And then after that, about 3 hours reading none stop… yeah, doesn’t really even out. But I’m not done reading… and I’m not done playing Anniversary either.. but who’s to say I can’t carve out time to remind you all that today’s Saturday and you’re meant to be relaxed, looking at your computer (or laptop) screen and laughing your bejones out, yeah?

Week So Far [4th – 8th April]

And yet again another week end is upon us. And with that week, pretty nice work from our writers. Right now, Detanfy’s got a pretty bad cold, and thanks to the cosmological circle of the universe, he was baptized (so to speak) by rain. Phylix, on the other hand, is relaxing at home and getting ready to burn his brain out on studying.
Still, this won’t stop them from doing what they do best… although it might prevent them from bringing it into full power. So, while we give our champs some time to relax, how about a recap on the week eh?

Is it a crime to want? To crave something that instills within you an inner satisfaction? Is it wrong to wish for some things, to go into a trance and imagine yourself with those things that would make you really happy?
You wish and wish and want, until the want restructures itself into a need. But regardless of the want/need issue, no one understands, or tries to understand what you’re going through at the moment. Those that do, or probably seem like they understand try to make it sound like you’re making a big deal out of it… making a mountain out of a molehill.. creating whirlpools out of steady ponds.

Many people see gamers as those that would pretty much waste their times holding a plastic/electronic device in their hands and press buttons continuously to control a virtual character locked within the embodiment of the television screen. Half of that is true, the other half… not so true. While gamers do control virtual characters in a separate world, and use a plastic/electronic device to do said deed, it’s not completely a time waster. I’ll explain why it’s not completely a time waster in a bit… but now, allow me to grace you with the wonders of gamers.
