Call of Duty: Black Ops sells millions

Call of Duty: Black Ops, which was only just released on Tuesday has already broken world-wide sales records. On the opening day alone about 5.6 million people bought the game. That’s about $360 million in 24 hours alone. This makes it the largest entertaining launch in history. Black Ops even sold more copies than Modern Warfare 2. that is some amazing stuff.

Just incase you are wondering which version to pick up? well it’s already been confirmed that the Xbox 360 version is the superior version when it comes to graphics and overall performance A team of analysts say “there’s little doubt that the Xbox 360 offers the better experience: superior image definition, and a pleasingly smoother run of play.”

The game is already getting rave reviews and if I were you I would pick it up, doesn’t matter which version, whether its PS3 or 360, just buy the damn game already!

Call of Duty: Black Ops was developed by Treyarch and published by Activision

Limewire might have gone sour..

Okay… that pun might not have been intended, but it seems limewire might be shot down soon…
Grim yes.
The lovely software used to download copyright-free stuffs, and illegal things as well had been asked to back down. Someone did tell me he was having problems using Limewire last night…

The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), has found a verdict that could literally lock on to the Lime Group. This being that it has been discovered the Lime Group didn’t take proper measures to minimize copyright infringement. This was noted by a federal court… and that same federal court has asked that Limewire disable “the searching, downloading, uploading, file trading and/or file distribution functionality, and/or all functionality.” In other words, that’s like saying ‘close shop’.
What isn’t known is how much Limewire would pay in ‘damages’, but there hopefully might be a way to resolve things.. Let’s wait and see, shall we?

In the meantime, suck some oranges
